Hydra™ combines patented Thermal Radar™ 360° thermal perimeter monitoring with a compatible pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera to provide wide-area threat detection and directed visual assessment from a single integrated platform.
Thermal Radar™ continuously monitors the surrounding property using thermal imaging and onboard analytics to detect qualifying people, vehicles, and other thermal activity day or night. When a qualifying event is detected, Hydra™ uses its geospatial location to automatically direct the PTZ camera toward the event, providing color, infrared (IR), or laser-illuminated imagery for visual assessment and verification.
Unlike traditional visible-light or fixed thermal camera systems that may require numerous cameras positioned around a property, Hydra™ provides panoramic thermal detection across 360° while directing the PTZ where attention is needed.
